There is NO cost to your organization. Your organization is GUARANTEED to make money on every item that is bid on. Every bid increases your organizations revenue! If any item does not sell, Long Island Silent Auction takes the item back. Our business is based on complete transparency. We are the ONLY silent auction company that will list exactly what you will recieve.
Step #1 Choose the Type of Auction that Fits your Organizations Needs
Long Island Silent Auction offers a few different options to maximize your revenue at your next fundraising event.
- In Person Silent Auction - This type of auction is usually used at a golf outing or gala. Long Island Silent Auction will bring a dazzling display of unique items for your supporters to bid on.
- Online Auction Platform - Using our state of the art online auction platform for virtual events will enable your supporters to bid from anywhere in the world, via smartphone, tablet or a computer. - SOLD! - Live Auctioneer - Add excitement to your event with a live auction component which will generate more revenue! Let Long Island Silent Auction's auctioneer assist in bringing your LIVE auction to the next level.
Step #2 What Your Organization Will Recieve
Long Island Silent Auction is the only silent auction company that puts YOUR organization in the driver's seat.
- Silent Auction & Online Platform - Your organization will receive 20% of the opening bid and 100% of all bids above the opening bid. Example - If an Item opens at $100 and it sells for $100 your organization receives $20.
Take the same $100 item and it receives multiple bids and sells for $500 your organization receives $420. If the item does not sell, there is zero cost to your organization. - Live Auction Items - Live auction items are slightly different than silent auction items. Your organization receives 30% of the winning bid.
- Items that are Donated to Your Organization - Whether it's an item for your live or silent auction, 100% of the proceeds go to your organization.
- Give Button (Online Platform Only) - This feature allows your supporters to make a straight monetary donation without placing a bid. 100% of the money raised from this feature goes to your organization.
- Your Organization is in the Driver's Seat - Once we create the auction for the online auction, 2 people from your organization administration will have access to the back end of the platform. Backend access will allow your organization to see who signed up, who is bidding, and monitor how much money is being raised in real time. Our platform also gives you the ability for us to upload your email list and send out invitations to bid to all of your supporters with a click of a button.
- Our Platform allows supporters the option to offset credit card fees and round up sales to benefit your organization.
- Payment Platform Powered by Stripe - Stripe is one of the most secure payment platforms offered to organizations. All payment information is encrypted and inaccessible to anyone using this platform. Stripe links your organizations bank account to our platform to allow payments directly to your organization. Stripe allows your donors to vault their credit card information allowing for seamless and secure checkout. All proceeds from the auction will deposit in your organizations account within 24 - 36 hours. The GIVE button donations should be within 24 hours of the donation.
